1. Your signup fee of $499.99 is waived. This will be enforced as soon as our program goes live. Also keep in mind that when you refer 5 merchants your monthly membership fee is waived.

2. You lock in a guaranteed interchange processing rate of 1.5% or lower now, before we go live.

3. You have the ability to preregister other Merchant's and User's on our programs now, building yourself future streams of income through our affiliate program and giving yourself 'first mover advantage'; ability to capture some market share before we go live!

4. You have the ability to earn net profit sharing now, even more, earning over two times that of a regular user (or merchant). Also, the ability to earn shares with the equity pool within SBM now, before we go live, which is EXCLUSIVE to merchants and EXCLUSIVE duing the pregistration and BETA phase.
